Okay, so who do you cut from the present roster, to fill the holes??? Kelly, Cladue, Wedderburn, Landolt, O'Connor, Lloyd, St.Jacques, Goldie, Filion, Taylor, or Bilsten. These are all the players who have taken this Team to one of our best seasons yet. All the players listed only have Victoria contracts, who can be released, so make your pick. Undecided

from ECHL.com:

When is the ECHL deadline to sign overseas players?

Feb. 2, 2009 at 5 p.m. ET

When is the ECHL deadline for making trades?

Mar. 13, 2009 at 3 p.m. ET

When is the ECHL deadline for amateur players to be eligible for the Kelly Cup Playoffs?

Apr. 1, 2009 at 5 p.m. ET

My question is, does tomorrow's deadline include Gajic, Estrada, A. Goldie, McLeod, or can we somehow sign them later since we had them before?

I would think that tomorrow is the deadline. According to my list the players on our protected list are- Estrada,Gajic,Ash Goldie,D Krestanovich,Taylor Christie, and Billy Thompson. Mcleod is not on our list but we would be able to sign him as he is not on anyones list.

I think that we hold their ECHL rights for a year as they were suspended by the team.

I think they have to take a full year off if they don't conform to protected list regulations.

According to ECHL website, Gajic was added to the team, suspension lifted. Great for us as we know his kind of goalscoring capability, especially in shootouts ! Welcome back Milan !

I agree and for those naysayers, don't forget we WILL lose players not only to the Moose but other teams as the play-offs loom. Great to have you back with your 3 lacrosse shots at the net at the end of the warm up eusa_dance eusa_dance

Here's the Salmon Kings press release:

I hope this has great benefits for the team.  It's true that his abilities in the shootout will be much valued as we have been pretty poor so far this year in that respect.

He was always popular in the dressing room too.  Welcome back Milan!

Well this topic is still good. Milan still has not shown up in Florida, they are playing CINCINNATI tonight and I bet Dietrich would liked to play against him. Hope Milan show up there and he gets to play with Kevin Baker. He could then tell us who is a better goal scorer, Baker or Goldie. We might have to 50 or 60 goal scorers this year, if Wes get hot again.

GOOD LUCK MEEEELAN GAJICHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Milan is playing his first game for Florida, and he is playing with Kevin Baker, who got his 43rd goal on a assist from Milan.
Milan will enjoy playing in Florida, with a first place team and no pressure to produce every night.

See ya Milan in the Kelly Cup finals.
